Merrick recalls all 'Beef Filet Squares' and 'Texas Hold'ems' for dogs
August 13: Merrick Pet Care, Inc. of Amarillo, Texas is recalling all lots of its 10 oz “Beef Filet Squares” for dogs and “Texas Hold’ems” pet treats because they have the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella.
P&G expands recall of specialized dry pet foods
July 30: The Procter & Gamble Company is voluntarily expanding its recall to include veterinary and some specialized dry pet food as a precautionary measure because it has the potential to be contaminated with salmonella. Brands include Iams and Eukanuba.
