Oma (right): In German, her name means “grandmother.” But this gentle 9-year-old granny, a cocker/poodle mix, still has a lot of love to give.

Reba (above): The 3-year-old red heeler mix was rescued along with her three puppies. The pups have been adopted, and now it’s Mama’s turn. Reba likes other dogs but not cats.

Sherry (above): Found on the streets, the 3-year-old pug/beagle mix had an eye problem that needed surgery. She has recovered nicely and is friendly and well-mannered.

Bonnie (above): The rottweiler mix is affectionate, quiet, fine with cats, crate trained and walks well on a leash.
