"Tiki" is a calico kitten that had its tail removed after it was broken. "She isn't even fazed that it's gone," said Staci Scott. The "Hot Dogs and Cool Cats" event at the Animal Defense League, 11300 Nacogdoches Road, will take place tonight, Sept. 2, until 8 p.m.
